I had mine booked elsewhere but after being recommended Vy (Jess) by a friend and seeing her work I switched and I'm so glad I did. From the get-go she was super professional, helpful, informative, and reassuring. All the info you need is clear and easy to understand on her website about what to expect and the aftercare. I was nervous about the pain during the procedure (especially during my cycle) but Vy (Jess) reassured me and made me feel at ease.
